  • Yes, we do have lockers to put your clothes/water/etc...
  • No, we do not have showers or changing rooms. There are bathrooms you can change in.
  • You should wear comfortable athletic clothing. The best types of shoes are those that have minimal tread and rubber on the bottoms. The foam bottoms typically slip on all obstacles.
  • Boots/sandals/other inappropriate gym shoes will be asked to be taken off.
  • Yes, it is recommended that you bring your own water bottle. We do have water and water bottles for sale if you forget to bring one.
  • You are allowed to drop off your kids. There will always be at least 1 staff member inside the gym to make sure kids are playing safely.
  • We are located at the back of the complex. When you are on the main street, take your first turn at “Twist sports and conditioning” and drive all the way down.
  • You can just show up. If you plan on coming on the weekend, be sure to check our open gym schedule to avoid time slots where groups have booked the full gym.

  • No unfortunately we do not hold parties on weekdays unless it would occur during school hours. Please call or email if you would like to book during school hours.
  • Not right now, send us an email about your interest. We have started a list and if we are able to get enough interest we will start up a class.
  • Yes, we offer a 2 hour program Monday’s from 10am-12pm.
