If you’re looking for a new way to grow as an athlete, or learn cool tricks, you’ve found it. Parkour is all about negotiating obstacles quickly and efficiently by running, jumping, and climbing. If you’re keen to get tricking, join us for the parkour/tricking class Thursday from 6-7pm.

An awesome feature on the summer schedule, we now have Kid’s Double Parkour and Ninja Training sessions Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to get the most out of your trip to the gym!
