Michael has always been highly involved in sports.
He is a competitive individual that regularly aims to make himself, as well as others, better. Movement has forever been a part of his life: growing up he played soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, snowboarded and in the later years found a passion for parkour and obstacle course racing.
Working with kids has always been an aspiration of his. Being able to coach kids as well as adults on how to move efficiently, overcome fears, and strive for success is always an amazing experience. Michael majored in Kinesiology up at SFU and is also CFES certified as Personal Trainer and Weight Training Instructor.
